I have developed an interest in concrete counters in summer 2009.
That summer i built the forms for the island in the kitchen (42x60) and poured 700 lbs of concrete, mixed from bags, with rebar, and 6x6 mesh. I also did a smaller section for the coffee station...(40x24) a couple hundred pounds...

In 2010, my sister in-law got married...and we host the wedding ceremony and reception in our backyard...

This meant I had to finish the rest of the counters in the kitchen...

So now the actual post of the development of more experience with mold making and concrete forming...
